FAILED ASPHALT APPROACHES OVER OPEN CULVERTS

The project was to dig out all existing subgrades and form and pour new concrete head walls on each side of the approach over the culverts.

20 sets of Culverts

NEW ASPHALT APPROACHES 

Re install new  24" deep subgrade and install  3 "  inches deep new asphalt approach  over open culverts.
